Der zweite Monat des Jahres neigt sich dem Ende zu und schon musste ich umdisponieren.
\nDer Februar hat mir diese Kombination gebracht:<\/p>\n

Socks Yeah! von CoopKnits ist ein wundervoll dunkelgr\u00fcnes Kuschelgarn, das leider nicht mit den Stulpen ‘Gansey Wristers’ zusammenpassen wollte. Aus diesem Grund habe ich schweren Herzens geribbelt und werde aus dem Garn lieber ein kuscheliges Halstuch machen.<\/p>\n

Socks Yeah! from CoopKnits is a soft and cozy yarn in a lovely dark green but it hasn’t gone well with the ‘Gansey Wristers’. So I tinked the wristers and I’ll use the yarn for a nice shawl.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Stattdessen habe ich kurzer Hand etwas von der bew\u00e4hrten Filcolana arwetta in einem hellen Gr\u00fcn gekauft:<\/p>\n

Wie ich schon erz\u00e4hlt habe, hatte ich aber zwischenzeitlich ein paar “Pflichtsocken” angeschlagen. Nach jahrelanger Gew\u00f6hnungsphase kann ich seit einiger Zeit n\u00e4mlich endlich Sttricksocken tragen, ohne die F\u00fc\u00dfe wundzuscheuern. (Hurra!) Allerdings habe ich festgestellt, dass ich Sockenstricken nicht mag. Da ich aber welche brauche, “zwinge” ich mich ab und an dazu. Vor wenigen Stunden habe ich dann die Socken abgekettet und konnte nun endlich die Stulpen anschlagen. Nat\u00fcrlich hat das einiges verz\u00f6gert, so dass ich mit den Stulpen in diesem Monat bestimmt nicht fertig werde.<\/p>\n

In the meantime I casted on some socks I really needed. It took me a couple of years to get myself to wearing handknitted socks without getting sore feet. But then I realized that I really dislike knitting socks… Now that I’m used to these kind of cozy socks I make myself to knit socks from time to time. A few hours ago I finished this pair of socks and was finally able to cast on the Gansey Wristers. I’m pretty sure that I won’t be able to finish the fingerless mitten this month but it could be worse. \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/p>\n
